The video humorously suggests the bug might have traveled from Paris, referencing a recent bed bug outbreak in the French capital’s public transit during Paris Fashion Week. In response to the growing concern, the French government has committed to addressing the increasing bed bug issue. Meanwhile, TTC spokesperson, Stuart Green, reassured the public that while their vehicles are cleaned daily, occasional bed bug appearances are a challenge faced by public transit systems globally.
