The Envato marketplace is a popular website for purchasing themes and templates. The problem is most of the items don’t work, have serious security vulnerabilities, and no support. I purchased a script where the purchase code doesn’t even work. Envato also has an alarming track record of issuing refunds on their faulty products.
I have been back and forth with Envato support for over a month on the issue and they are now requiring proof that the purchase code does not work.
Hopefully, this helps their below-par support team better understand the issue.
